Escape from Castle Galdor was the name of our game during our second project that took place over the time of 4 weeks. It takes place in a magical world where you as a wizard needs to escape the mysterious castle. Your mission is to make different spells to unlock doors and make your way out, fighting the guards along the way.
During this project I was in charge of the hand painted textures that we needed for all the different environments that we had. I learned how to produce tiling textures in a fast phase and make them look as 3D as possible without normal maps and AO.
